Kay’s Claws Policies To ensure the best experience for all our clients and maintain a professional, relaxing environment, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following salon policies: •Guest Policy To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, only registered guests are allowed. Please note that additional visitors and/or guests are not permitted. •No Children Policy For safety and to maintain a peaceful environment, children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a scheduled service. We appreciate your understanding. •No-Show Fee If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. Please give us advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. •Late Arrival Policy We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your service total. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows of cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
